Since security is the main motto of this project, we can point out that all areas of the complex, from the main access door to the building, including all the apartments, are equipped with security doors and exclusive access codes.

Hardwood Pine Floorboards
The TM Luxury Apartments , features traditional Portuguese hardwood pine floorboards; all apartments are equipped with satellite internet and air conditioning.

The kitchens / kitchenettes are marble, fully equipped with a variety of life facilitators , highlighting dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, NESPRESSO coffee machine among others.
Bathrooms
The bathrooms are entirely made of marble, are equipped with electric towel rails, illuminated mirrors, as well as with very soft and comfortable TM monogrammed hand, face and bath towels. You can also order bathrobes on request and other bathroom accessories.
Large Terraces
Some of these apartments have large terraces with parasols with night lighting and are complemented with tasteful minimalist and comfortable furniture. They are surrounded by plants and fruit trees overlooking a grassy garden with beautiful plants and flowers set in a safe and private Hollywood-like environment where you can enjoy a short or long stay for pleasure or business purposes.
