These Terms and Conditions apply to the TM Luxury Apartments website, www.tmluxuryapartments.com.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as these conditions incorporate the basis on which bookings for TM Luxury Apartments are accepted. The Terms and Conditions below are for bookings made directly through the TM Luxury Apartments website.
By using the TM Luxury Apartments website, the customer accepts and agrees to these terms and conditions. The use of the same (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) is subject to the following terms and conditions of TM Luxury Apartments (hereinafter referred to as “TM Luxury Apartments”).
We may revise these terms and conditions from time to time by updating this page. Revised terms will take effect upon publication. The use of some parts or features of the Site may be governed by additional terms and conditions. Where this is the case, you will be notified accordingly of these additional terms and conditions.
Early Check-Out
The hotel reserves the right to charge an early departure fee if the guest leaves before the original departure date and time.
Late Check-Out
Upon request. Please contact the Front Desk. Additional fees may apply.
Early Check-In
Subject to availability, early check-in service is available at a cost of €40.
Reservations
A valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking, and no amount will be withdrawn.
Prices include VAT but do not include the Municipal Tax of €2 per person per night.
Payment Methods
All website bookings can be paid via bank transfer by providing the relevant proof within eight working days. Guests can also make payment in person at check-in using valid credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) or in cash. No contactless payments done by card or phone are allowed.
Deposit Policy
Guests must leave a €100 cash deposit for incidents at the time of check-in, which will be refunded upon check-out.
Cancellation Policy
All rates for bookings at TM Luxury Apartments are subject to a Cancellation Policy. If check-in is not carried out on the scheduled arrival date, a fee will be charged, as described in the Cancellation Policy. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations in circumstances where it appears that a customer has provided an invalid credit card, is involved in fraudulent or inappropriate activities, or the reservations contain or have resulted from a mistake or error. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel or amend reservations if they do not comply with our terms and conditions. If a customer decides to shorten their stay or check out early, a fee will apply in accordance with the Cancellation Policy associated with the booking rate. In the case of the aforementioned booking cancellations, TM Luxury Apartments is under no obligation to guarantee new available bookings or better rates. A rebooking at the best available rate will have to be made by the guest at the time of rebooking.
As a condition of using this website, the guest/customer agrees to provide proof of payment to the TM Luxury Apartments reservation department within 7 days of booking, indicating the booking confirmation number on the proof of payment. The guest/customer will be fully responsible for any bank fees and/or costs necessary to complete the bank funds transaction(s). Furthermore, the guest/customer acknowledges that the reservation may be cancelled by TM Luxury Apartments if proof of payment is not sent to TM Luxury Apartments within the notification period of up to 7 days. The guest/customer will be responsible for any cancellation or no-show penalties that may be incurred and acknowledges that the reservation and personal contact information provided is correct for the purposes of TM Luxury Apartments validation.
Pricing errors
TM Luxury Apartments reserves the right to cancel contracts at any time based on incorrect information regarding prices or services.
Foreign currency
Only the currency used in the reservation is confirmed.
Transfers
In the rare and unexpected event that the property/enterprise cannot deliver on providing the previously confirmed accommodation, it will comply with its rules by taking responsibility to transfer clients to a partner property of TM Luxury Apartments, of equal or higher level, at no cost to the client. If there is no property equal to or higher than the original booking, it may be necessary to seek a lower-level property to clients. In that case, customers will be reimbursed for any cost difference if lower than the original payment. The alternatives presented are the responsibility of the Property. If the client chooses a property of a different level than the alternatives presented under this condition, the client will be obliged to pay any difference.
Terms of Responsibility
By using this website, you guarantee to TM Luxury Apartments that you will not use it for any illegal purposes or prohibited by these terms, conditions and warnings. While TM Luxury Apartments periodically checks or reviews the discussions, conversations, posts, broadcasts, advertisements and the like on this page, TM Luxury Apartments is under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability resulting from the content. from any other locations or due to any errors, libels, slanders, insults, gaps, falsehoods, obscenities, pornography, profanity, threats or inaccuracies contained in any information contained in those locations on the website. It is prohibited to post or transfer any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that may constitute or encourage behaviour that is considered a criminal offense, that gives rise to civil liability or that in any way violate any law. TM Luxury Apartments will fully cooperate with all law enforcement authorities or court orders that request or appoint TM Luxury Apartments to disclose the identity of any individual who publishes such information or materials.
Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Terms and Conditions, TM Luxury Apartments will not be liable for indirect damages, losses arising from subsequent damages or special circumstances, including, but not limited to, loss of income, loss of profits, loss of use, loss of opportunities, which arise due to the performance or non-performance of obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
TM Luxury Apartments is not responsible for goods and/or valuables left inside each apartment as well as all common areas of the development. There are safes that can be requested.
Safe
TM Luxury Apartments strongly recommends purchasing a Complete Travel Insurance. We suggest that the policy covers, but is not limited to, the following: loss of payment due to cancellation, loss of or damage to personal luggage, loss of money and medical treatment expenses.

TM Luxury Apartments does not control any third-party website and, as such, is not responsible for the content associated with a link or for links on third-party internet sites directed to the links. TM Luxury Apartments makes these links available for your convenience only and the insertion of any link does not imply the approval, appreciation or verification by TM Luxury Apartments of the website directed by the link or any information contained therein.
Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
The products and/or services described and made available on the website may not be available in your country. We do not claim that the services or products presented on the website are present or available for use in a particular location.
TM Luxury Apartments reserves the right to prosecute any kind of violation of its rights and will claim damages in its own place for damages.

If there is a user account, TM Luxury Apartments reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions with or without prior notice. Minimum age required for members: 18 years or older, as defined by the legal age in their country of residence. Each member is responsible for their profile, credentials, and maintaining the confidentiality of their data, being responsible for all activity on their account.
The conditions offered in accommodation rates are not cumulative with other existing conditions and offers, not applicable to past reservations, and exclusive to direct reservations from the brand’s websites. Reservations from Operators, Travel Agents, OTAs, among others, are excluded. TM Luxury Apartments reserves the right to terminate and suspend services for any reason, without prior notice, and to remove the User Account or any benefits acquired through the program, including cancelling future reservations under the program’s conditions.
No Smoking is prohibited inside the premises. Violation of this rule will result in an additional fee of €250, plus the charge of an additional night according to the current apartment rate.
Safety Deposit Boxes
We are not responsible for valuables left in the safe. Whenever you need to use the safe, you should be accompanied by a staff member both upon entry and exit from the safe room.
Breakfast Service
TM Luxury Apartments currently does not offer breakfast service. However, you can request breakfast service the day before, which can be delivered inside the apartment, subject to the appropriate fee. Guests should inform TM Luxury Apartments of any food incompatibility or intolerance regarding their order.
Garage
The garage space is provided free of charge to TM Luxury Apartments guests. The use of the garage space must be requested at least 7 days in advance and is subject to availability. Gas-powered vehicles are not allowed inside the TM Luxury Apartments garage. After check-out, guests must remove their vehicles from the garage space, and overnight parking is not allowed; otherwise, a daily fee of €25.00 will be applied. We are not responsible for items or valuables left inside your vehicle.
COVID-19 The guest must inform TM Luxury Apartments during check-in or during their stay if they test positive for COVID-19, so that all necessary measures can be taken to protect others. TM Luxury Apartments has a designated space for this purpose with direct access to the exterior, and the guest will be immediately directed to this accommodation unit.
